We did it again! For the second year running, Xalient earned a spot on the Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces list for the second consecutive year, and we didn’t stop there. This year, we were also once again recognised among the Top Inspiring Workplaces in Europe, North America, and the UK & Ireland.
In fact, Xalient ranked 10th in Europe, 48th in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and 97th in North America – an incredible achievement that reflects our commitment to putting people first across all regions where we operate.

Founder-Led and Thriving with the FEBE Growth 100
Xalient made the Top 100 Founder-Led Companies list for the third year in a row. This recognition celebrates our entrepreneurial roots and the journey we’ve taken since 2015 – from a UK-based startup to a global leader in identity, cybersecurity, and networking.
