With 2024 almost upon us, we thought we would take a moment to reflect on some of the highlights of CSR and charity work we’ve undertaken over the last 12 months. As part of our ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility, we make a lot of effort to give back to the local communities in which we operate and support worthy causes. At Xalient, giving back is ingrained in our culture, and we are grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, Mind, The Lily Foundation, Zarach, Make New Life Animal Rescue, Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children, Bowel Cancer UK, Freedom4girls UK, Cancer Research UK (CRUK), The National Autistic Society, The Trussell Trust and American Red Cross.

Here are some of our CSR highlights this year:
Christmas Toy Donation Drive
Throughout November and December, Xalient’s teams across the globe joined forces for a Christmas Toy Donation Drive, donating toys to children in need in their local geographies. It was fantastic to see amazing contributions from all our teams, with a special shout out to our Leeds-based team, who made a substantial impact, supporting Engage Leeds in their ‘Operation Santa’ appeal, bringing joy to 303 children in need. you for all your generous contributions.
Xalient’s Hidden Talents
A global celebration of talent unfolded as part of Xalient’s Hidden Talent competition we held throughout the Summer. But it was James Daw, MS Pre Sales Consultant who was crowned the winner with his exceptional acting skills, resulting in a £500 donation to the Great Ormond Street Children’s Cancer Centre.
Integral’s 2023 NFL Survivor Pool
Injecting excitement into the global community, our participation in Integral Partners 2023 NFL Survivor Pool showcased the dynamic spirit that unites us across continents. As the 2024 season end draws to a close, we eagerly anticipate crowning the winner/s when the season concludes.
Xalient Gives Back
On the International Day of Charity, our global community came together to nominate causes close to their hearts. Nine nominees, spanning the globe, received £200 each, contributing to impactful charities including the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, The Lily Foundation and The American Red Cross.
Step Challenge for a Cause
Celebrating Vijay Yadav’s remarkable achievement in the Step Challenge – an impressive 549,226 steps (equivalent to 260 miles!) in 5 weeks – Xalient made a £500 donation, reaching across borders to support Zarach, a UK charity aiding children living in poverty, and the BAI JERBAI WADIA HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN – BJWHC in India.
Cultivating Mindfulness
Championing mindfulness initiatives throughout the year, we fostered a global community focused on well-being. Our ‘Focus Friday’ event in June transcended time zones, encouraging uninterrupted work time and providing a range of tools available on Xalient’s SharePoint to support mental health and well-being, available for Xalient employees to access anytime.
Tech Donation Drive
Earlier this year, Xalient colleagues donated unwanted laptops and phones through our Tech Donation drive, ensuring that essential technology resources reached those in need around the world.
This brings us to the end of the year and we are feeling incredibly positive about 2024 and look forward to continuing our commitment to corporate social responsibility with many more opportunities to give something back.
