We do business in a way that reflects our values, protects our reputation, our relationships and importantly, enriches the lives of our of people.
We have a flat hierarchy, which ensures our people get regular exposure to senior stakeholders in our business. We do this through open and regular face to face communications – yes, we send emails and newsletters, and we have a fair few conference calls, but we believe very strongly that the most powerful and transparent communication happens face to face.
We encourage everyone to be an active member of our team, to have a voice and feel empowered to contribute ideas that fuel our growth. We value and respect freedom of thought.
