Our Approach

Corporate Social Responsibility at Xalient embraces those actions we take that positively impact our customers, shareholders, employees, suppliers and the communities in which we work.

This includes:

  • Engaging with customers & suppliers
  • Investing for the long term to bring out the best in our people
  • Acting as a responsible shareholder
  • Investing in our communities
  • Managing our environmental impacts
  • Maintaining effective health and safety management systems.

Xalient aims to set, maintain and promote high standards of Corporate Responsibility. We believe that our record as a conscientious employer, acting responsibly and with integrity, enhances our reputation, contributes to our long-term financial success and to shareholder value.

Xalient in the Community

We are strong believers in ‘giving back’ at Xalient and so, as part of our commitment to CR, we encourage each employee to take an additional day of paid leave per annum, in order to undertake activities related to social responsibility – whether that be fundraising, supporting a charitable cause or undertaking voluntary work.  In addition, as a team, we select a charity to support and then drive a full programme of fundraising and support activities throughout the year.

This demonstrates Xalient’s commitment to Corporate and Social Responsibility and encourages employees to take up initiatives and challenges for worthy causes. Our commitment is further reflected in the appointment of an executive director who is responsible for advising the main board on corporate responsibility matters.
