Meet Anne Fox – Strategic Accounts Director – Canada

Meet Anne, our newly appointed Strategic Account Director for Canada at Xalient. In this interview, Anne shares her insights on joining the Xalient family, her passion for customer advocacy, and how she aligns her career goals with our values.

What is your current role at Xalient and how long have you been part of the Xalient family?

Strategic Account Director – Canada  / I just completed my first week.

What motivated you to join Xalient?

Xalient’s reputation for incredible work with a customer first strategy was so refreshing to me. As I dug deeper it was clear that the culture and people were amazing. Each person that I spoke to referenced feeling valued , empowered , and proud to work at Xalient. These were all important attributes to me. The support and encouragement offered to me from our COO, Mark Cooke and VP Sales, Americas Brian Ramsey, I knew these were people I wanted to work with.

How does Xalient align with your career goals and values?

I have always been a customer advocate I feel it is at the very core of who I am as a Professional . Knowing that the company puts the customer first allows me to be confident that we will deliver what we promise.

Describe a typical day in your role?

The most typical thing about a sales day is that there are no two days that look the same. Maintaining focus and disciple whilst leaving room for flexibility and face paced change. Time management is essential, to devote time to reports and metrics that are important to leadership, keeping on top of your customer’s needs, emails etc. Oh, and perhaps the most important thing, remember to breathe 😊

What do you enjoy most about working at Xalient?

Early days yet… So far the people. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. I hope as we grow, we never loose this.
