What is your current role at Xalient and how long have you been part of the Xalient family?
I’m an SDR, and I joined the Xalient family on 23rd September, 2023

What motivated you to join Xalient?
I find cybersecurity really interesting, and the culture at Xalient stood out compared to other companies.
How does Xalient align with your career goals and values?
I can see good progression opportunities, and Xalient values my aspirations to learn more.
Describe a typical day in your role?
Coffee, catch up on emails, execute my activity plan, join planning meetings, and most importantly, engage with potential customers to let them know how we are helping others.
What do you enjoy most about working at Xalient? Can you share a memorable or rewarding experience during your time here?
The people are an obvious one for me; my colleagues genuinely care about my success. A memorable moment was meeting the wider team at the last company social in person.
How would you describe the team culture at Xalient?
Team culture feels like it’s always at the top of the agenda; regular communication from my team and the wider team in a remote environment works well.
What’s your favourite thing about the industry Xalient operates in?
It’s exciting and evolves very quickly.
What advice would you give to someone considering a career at Xalient?

Share an interesting fact about yourself that others might not know.
I served with the Grenadier Guards in the late ’90s and have stood guard at Buckingham Palace.
Is there something on your personal or professional bucket list?
I would like to travel around the United States.
Are you into any specific tech gadgets or innovations?
I suppose I would be an Apple fan, with a phone, laptop, earphones, and watch.
What’s the last book you read or movie/TV show you enjoyed?
The Fear Bubble by Ant Middleton.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Alaska, so that I could try and prospect for gold.
What are your must-have apps for productivity or relaxation?
Teams for productivity and Audible to relax.
What’s an item or possession you cherish the most?
A knitted Guardsman doll from my Gran.
