Business or Solution Consultant!

In our one-year traineeship, you will develop into a Business or Solution Consultant. From day one, you will work on real projects with leading organizations. You will be part of a close-knit group of trainees, learning and developing together throughout the program.

As a Business Consultant, you focus on analysing client challenges and translating them into clear advice and strategy. As a Solution Consultant, you focus on implementing and configuring technical solutions within the Cyber Identity domain.

You will deepen your knowledge in Cyber Identity, covering topics such as regulations, market trends and technologies, while working towards a recognised certification. This will help you grow into a value-adding professional within one year!

Training sessions take place across the Netherlands and Belgium, allowing you to collaborate closely with colleagues across the region.

The program consists of three essential components:

Training on the Job (70%)

You will mainly learn by doing. You will work on projects with our clients and be guided by experienced colleagues.

From day one, you will be involved in real assignments and apply your knowledge immediately. In this way, you will quickly build expertise and gradually take on more responsibility.

Theory & Professional Skills (20%)

You will deepen your knowledge in Cyber Identity, from legislation and trends to the latest technologies.

During intensive training sessions in the Netherlands and Belgium, you will strengthen your expertise and earn an internationally recognized certification. This provides a solid foundation for your further development.

Consultancy & Personal Skills (10%)

During inspiring office days, you will actively develop your consultancy and personal skills.

You will train in presentation, communication, and collaboration. Through one-on-one coaching and peer sessions with fellow trainees, you will discover your strengths and how to further develop them.

Assessment

To better understand your motivations and strengths, we’ll ask you to complete an online assessment ahead of the second interview.

STEP 4:
Second Interview

During the second interview, we’ll discuss your assessment and get to know each other even better. After this, you’ll hear whether you’ve been accepted into our traineeship programme.

STEP 5:
Contract!

Your participation in the Cyber Identity Talent Programme is confirmed! Together, we’ll sign your contract with Grabowsky and raise a toast to welcoming a new colleague and programme participant.
