Xalient achieves continued compliance with ISO standard

This marks another milestone in its journey of operational excellence. This achievement, led by Craig Ingham, Xalient’s Group Information Security & Compliance Director, demonstrates Xalient’s dedication to providing high-quality IT services while successfully managing end-to-end service delivery.

Demonstrating Service Management Excellence

Xalient successfully passed an audit to show compliance with the ISO 20000:2018 standard, proving their dedication to excellent Service Management. With no non-conformance reported and positive feedback from auditors, it continues to raise the bar for Service Management standards. This recent audit expands Xalient’s services to include Managed Service operations in the Benelux region. This new addition integrates well with their existing operations in the UK, US, India, and Romania. It also helps solidify Xalient’s reputation as a reliable provider of managed services worldwide.

ISO 20000:2018 The Global Benchmark for Service Management

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 20000:2018 is recognized globally as the benchmark for Service Management and sets forth best practices for delivering the highest IT services to businesses and customers alike. By achieving this certification, Xalient demonstrates its adherence to stringent standards of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Xalient adds ISO 20000:2018 to its other certifications, including ISO27001:2022 for Information Security Management and The UK Government Certification scheme, Cyber Essentials. Furthermore, Xalient is actively in pursing the Cyber Essentials + certification, representing the next level of recognition for cybersecurity best practices.
