He will oversee Xalient’s global HR functions, including people initiatives, care, and compliance. In 2023, Xalient welcomed Integral Partners and Grabowsky. These acquisitions mark significant growth milestones. Tom’s role is crucial in integrating these new teams and fostering a unified culture. In his new role, Tom will oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with Xalient’s business goals and values. Working closely with the senior leadership team, Tom will ensure that Xalient remains a great place to work, supporting employee engagement, development, and well-being. His approachability and strong listening skills will foster open communication and collaboration across the organization.
