In the latest rankings which were announced last week, Xalient secured 6^th place in Europe and 22^nd in the UK and Ireland.

In the latest rankings, Xalient achieved an impressive 86% score for employee engagement, surpassing the industry average by 8%. The company also scored 86% for job satisfaction and empowerment, along with 85% for employee wellbeing – reflecting its ongoing commitment to building a high-performance, people-first culture.
