Recognising Xalient Among the Top 100 Founder-Led Companies
The FEBE Growth 100 celebrates the fastest-growing founder-led companies in the UK. This year, the G100 highlights companies achieving three consecutive years on the list. Xalient is one of only six companies to reach this milestone. Despite recent challenges, achieving high growth for three years shows the dedication of Xalient’s founders and teams. As FEBE co-founder Charlotte Quince said, “We are incredibly proud to have Xalient, Sherry Vaswani, and her team in the FEBE family.”
Sherry Vaswani’s Reflections on Xalient’s Achievement
Sherry Vaswani, founder and CEO of Xalient, shared her delight at the third consecutive year on the FEBE Growth 100 list. She credits Xalient’s global expansion and strategic acquisitions for the company’s sustained success. Since founding Xalient in 2015, Vaswani has led the company from strength to strength. Xalient expanded its client base globally and achieved growth through three successful acquisitions. She emphasized that success comes from the team’s belief in the founding vision and their hard work.
Xalient’s Journey of Growth and Innovation
Sherry Vaswani founded Xalient in 2015 in response to emerging trends. Companies were increasingly moving applications to the cloud. Cybersecurity threats were growing more sophisticated, and remote work was becoming more common. Vaswani positioned Xalient to compete with larger global players. Within two years, Xalient added clients like Kellogg’s and Keurig Dr Pepper. The UK-headquartered company has since expanded operations to the US, Benelux, Europe, India, and beyond. Before expanding, Vaswani appointed a Chief People Officer to build the right team and establish the company’s culture.
FEBE Growth List Criteria
To qualify for the FEBE Growth list, companies must meet specific criteria. Sales must range between £3 million and £200 million, and the company must have traded for at least three years. Additionally, an operating profit in the latest financial year is required, and the founder(s) must still be involved in the organization. FEBE celebrates entrepreneurship by recognizing companies that inspire, create, and drive positive change. Commenting on the FEBE Growth 100 List, FEBE co-founder Charlotte Quince expressed excitement, emphasizing that FEBE is more than just a list. It’s a network dedicated to empowering and supporting entrepreneurs.
