Xalient leads in Inspiring Workplaces with its employee-centric culture

LONDON, UK, June 20, 2024 – Global identity and access management (IAM), security, and network transformation specialist, Xalient, today announced that it has been recognized as a Top Inspiring Workplace in North America.  The Inspiring Workplaces Awards aim to showcase and celebrate organizations that prioritize their employees and are leading the way in changing the world of work.

Leadership’s Proud Acknowledgment

Commenting on the award Annie Davies, Chief People Officer at Xalient, said: “I am immensely proud that Xalient has been recognized as an Inspiring Workplace once again this year. With two significant acquisitions last year, we are building a global company. This recognition is important to us as we continue to grow our team, nurture our culture, and attract the best talent to fuel that growth. Our people and our culture are critical to our success, and we have worked hard since the inception of Xalient to ensure that we retain our core values as we become a larger organization.”

Xalient CEO and founder, Sherry Vaswani added, “I am delighted that Xalient has been recognized in these awards. We strive to make Xalient a fantastic place to work and have introduced initiatives to strengthen the company-wide alignment and foster long-term success by unifying employees around our purpose, values, and sense of belonging. This award is a testimony to our commitment to putting our people first.

Commitment to People and Culture

Brian Ramsey, VP of Sales at Xalient, adds, “Xalient focuses on its people and company culture, fostering an environment where open communication is encouraged, and employees feel valued. The company is also dedicated to diversity and inclusion through various initiatives and programs. This unwavering commitment to our people makes Xalient an employer of choice in America and globally.”

Award Criteria and Global Recognition

Independently judged, the Inspiring Workplaces Awards 2024 recognize organizations of all sizes and industries that create exceptional People First workplaces and asked each organization to complete an entry form consisting of six key elements. These are elements it believes are fundamental to creating an Inspiring Workplace and include: culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion and diversity, communication, and employee experience.

According to Matt Manners, Founder, The Inspiring Workplaces Group, “Xalient demonstrates a strong commitment to cultivating an inspiring workplace culture, which is a critical element that sustains the company’s identity and values. The company demonstrates a deep understanding of what it takes to create a truly inspiring workplace.”

Earlier this year, Xalient was ranked 10th by Inspiring Workplaces in Europe and 48th in the United Kingdom. This follows from Xalient being recognized on the first-ever Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces list in 2023.
