These awards aim to showcase and celebrate organisations that prioritise their employees and are leading the way in changing the world of work.
The Inspiring Workplaces Awards 2024 honor organizations across all sizes and sectors for creating outstanding People First workplaces. They focus on six key elements: culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion and diversity, communication, and employee experience.
“Our people and our culture are critical to our success. We have worked hard to ensure that we retain our core values as we become a larger organisation”. Annie Davies, Chief People Officer.
Commenting on the award, Annie Davies, Chief People Officer at Xalient, said, “I am immensely proud that this year, once again, we have earned the recognition as an Inspiring Workplace at Xalient. With two significant acquisitions last year, we are building a global company. This recognition is important to us. We continue to grow our team, nurture our culture, and attract the best talent to fuel that growth. Our people and our culture are critical to our success. We have worked hard to ensure that we retain our core values as we become a larger organisation.”
“This award is a testimony to our commitment to putting our people first.” Sherry Vaswani, CEO and Founder.
Xalient CEO and founder, Sherry Vaswani, added, “I am delighted that these awards have recognized Xalient for a second year running. We strive to make Xalient a fantastic place to work and have introduced initiatives to strengthen the company-wide alignment and foster long-term success by unifying employees around our purpose, values, and sense of belonging. This award is a testimony to our commitment to putting our people first.”
Matt Manners, Founder, The Inspiring Workplaces Group, commented: “Last year, both globally and regionally recognized Xalient as an Inspiring Workplace, and naming it a finalist again this year is an incredible achievement. Congratulations to Xalient once again; we are all incredibly excited to see where it positions on these prestigious lists.”
Last year, the first ever Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces list recognised Xalient. Voters also ranked Xalient among the top companies in the EMEA Inspiring Workplace Awards 2023.
This award follows Xalient’s recent recognition as one of the top 10 best places to work in the large organizations category of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024 and its achievement in winning the Spotlight Award for the Best Places to Work for Women.
