Andrew Critchley Joins Xalient to Accelerate UK Identity Strategy and Lead Global Managed Services

We’re excited to announce the appointment of Andrew Critchley as Head of our UK Identity Practice and Global Identity Managed Services at Xalient.

With more than a decade of global IAM experience, Andrew brings deep expertise in strategy, delivery, and managed services. He joins us from Capgemini, where he led the creation of their Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) solution, integrating technologies from market leaders including CyberArk, SailPoint, and Ping Identity — all key Xalient partners.

Driving Forward Our Identity Strategy

In his new role, Andrew will be responsible for developing Xalient’s Identity Managed Services programme globally, while also leading its UK Identity Practice.

He will bring his knowledge and passion for identity to evolve service delivery and introduce new innovations. This includes supporting customers in achieving their business goals by enabling swift, secure access to critical systems and ensuring compliance across increasingly complex digital environments.
