Our History

Xalient was founded with a bold vision: to create a highly specialized, independent firm focused on the critical convergence of identity, cybersecurity, and networking.

From our early days, we’ve aimed to challenge the status quo—offering enterprises a more agile, responsive, alternative to traditional global providers, one driven by identity.

Over the years, our commitment to providing deep expertise and lasting customer value has driven significant growth. In line with our strategy to become a global leader in identity-driven security services, we expanded our capabilities through the successful acquisitions of two industry-leading firms.

In 2022, we welcomed Integral Partners, a successful and highly respected US-based identity management consultancy, into the Xalient family. Known for their strategic advisory and technical depth, Integral Partners has a long-standing reputation for delivering transformative identity solutions to Fortune 500 companies.

Soon after, we further strengthened our European presence by acquiring Grabowsky, a leading Netherlands-based identity management specialist. With a heritage rooted in trust, governance, and security, Grabowsky has been at the forefront of identity services in the Benelux region for decades.

Together, these acquisitions have brought more than 30 years of collective identity expertise into Xalient, creating one of the most experienced identity-led teams globally. This enhanced capability allows us to guide our customers through complex digital transformations, with a sharper focus on securing access, enabling agility, and ensuring business resilience.
